Laura graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber in 2015 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology. Through her education she has gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience through lecture and various placement opportunities.
Laura has had employment and volunteer experience with multiple populations such as general population, athletes, pediatrics, and cancer patients. With Laura’s many years of experience with competitive sports such as gymnastics and soccer, she really excels in promoting the beneficial effects of fitness and health. Laura plans to complete more schooling for Physiotherapy in the near future.
