He graduated from Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom, with a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy. He previously completed a Specialized Honours in Kinesiology at York University. He is continuously furthering his education into orthopaedics and sports medicine by having completed various acupuncture and dry needling courses as well as his Level 1 for the Fellowship of the Canadian Academy of Manual and Manipulative Physical Therapy. Alberto is also a certified personal trainer who has been training clients and sports teams for several years.

His clinical experiences have led him to working within the Leeds United medical staff and the 2016 ITU World Triathlon Series. In addition, his sense of inquiry has led him to pursue research in proprioception and exercise physiology, and has authored feature articles for Inside Fitness.

At the moment, he is caring for those who are aiming to regain active lifestyles from ailments, and aiding those trying to enhance their physical activity. Currently, Alberto continues to keep an active lifestyle by weightlifting, playing soccer, and enjoying other sports.
